Nostalgy belts
As the name says (Frisian for Nostalgia), we’re bringing the 50s back in this belt! We’ve incorporated authentic advertising into the leather of these belts. The advertising clichés, once found in a box in our attic, belonged to the previous owner of our premises who, just like us, had a shoemaker’s shop.
Years of wearing pleasure
This belt is also made of sustainable vegetable tanned leather from Gerberei David Schmid from Germany. The Nostalgy is a punched belt where the clichés are printed in the leather one by one.
The keeper’s loop (the leather behind the buckle) is a piece of jeans fabric lined with leather. Very tough and strong. The sides of the belt are polished and painted for a soft and beautiful finish.
Types of Nostalgy belts
The straps have different roller buckles and are made in widths of 4 cm and 4.5 cm. The Nostalgy belt is a nice stitched casual jeans belt from 3.5 mm to 4 mm thick and because of the special prints in the leather just a bit different than usual.
