Payment methods
Orders in the webshop can be paid with iDeal and PayPal (also Germany, Luxembourg and Belgium). Belgian customers can also pay with Bancontact.
Returns
The right of withdrawal
NOTE!! You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without stating reasons, except when the products are custom-made. Because this webshop only sells products that are custom made, no product can be returned via this webshop. We are obliged to report the general rights and actions for the right of withdrawal, which can be read below:
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, received the product.
If you have ordered several goods with different delivery times in one order, the withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you received the last product or part.
As soon as you have agreed on a regular delivery of products with us, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the first product.
To make use of the right of withdrawal, we request that you send us an email at info@atelierdegroot.nl. You must return the products within 14 days after sending the e-mail.
We request that you return the product in its original packaging as much as possible.
Refund
In the event of a withdrawal, you will receive all payments, including delivery costs for the outbound shipment, as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after you have indicated that you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal. We will refund you with the same payment method with which you paid, unless you agree on a different method with us.
You bear the costs for the return shipment yourself. We estimate that these costs will amount to a maximum of € 8.60 (registered) if it is sent within the Netherlands.
Exclusion right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for:
- Products made to your specification, such as Custom Belts.
Shipping costs
We do not charge shipping costs for shipments when purchasing items over €50.
Up to €50, we charge €3.95 for shipping costs.
For shipping to Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg we charge € 7.35 shipping costs.
Our belts are sent with PostNL.
